The PAS Profile and development system is not a gimmick or swing aid. The profile concept is based in time tested psychology theory. Beginning with the Myers- Briggs personality tests in the early 1920s, profiling and assessments of individuals has been researched in detail. Charles Plott, as a certified counselor, studied these tests and used them both in his counseling career and athletic mental game coaching career. The PAS Profile is a combination of multiple psychological tests with adaptation for athletics.
The assessment concept has been validated in the business world for years. The industry of profiling and assessing current and proposed employees for hire is successfully being used by thousands of businesses. Interestingly enough, we have found few products for the athletic world.
The PAS profile has been validated in practice. For over 7 years Charles Plott has used it in the development of athletes from all sports. Once put into production, the product was taken by over 200 PGA professionals at the 2006 PGA merchandising show. To date, we have had no negative comments about the validity or accuracy of the product. Many PGA Tour and Nationwide players have taken the test and confirm the accuracy of the profile. The PGA Tour Super Store is one our most significant validation points centering their golf training academy on the profile.

| PAS Client and UTC golf team member Jonathan Hodge lost in the round of sixteen at the US Amateur. Thrilled to have made it into match play and then to win two matches, Hodge was defeated by the great play of his opponent from England.
